I learned to be in the kitchen when I was in the 6th grade.  I took a cooking class for the entire year and I was hooked.  My specialty is Thanksgiving dinner.  I started cooking it for the first time back then because my mom would usually work that holiday. I've always had a passion for cooking/baking but I was exploring other careers throughout my life.  It's finally time for me to share the love I have watching people eat and genuinely enjoy my food.  As we begin to grow I will incorporate more dishes for catering events towards the holidays or sometime in the near future.  I appreciate all the support that I've received from my friends and loved ones.  Now it's time to share it with the world.
