Food That Feels Like Home

I learned to be in the kitchen when I was in the 6th grade.  I took a cooking class for the entire year and I was hooked.  My specialty is Thanksgiving dinner.  I started cooking it for the first time back then because my mom would usually work that holiday. I've always had a passion for cooking and baking but spent many years exploring other career paths throughout my life.  

It's finally time for me to share the love I have for baking with others and create food that genuinely brings comfort and joy. My dream is for RC's Cocina bread to one day be enjoyed in homes all across America. I truly appreciate all the support I've received from my friends, family, and customers, and I hope every loaf brings a little warmth to your home.
